Job Description: 

• Booking loads on the spot market, acquiring rates from customers and brokers for those loads, and checking for accuracy (pick-up time, delivery time, weight, etc.);

• Provide daily and weekly plans with the previously booked loads;

• Dispatch the information to the truck drivers and follow up until loaded and unloaded (track and trace);

• Following weekly targets (driver paycheck, gross revenue, the average per mile, etc.);

• Acquiring detention and layovers when needed;

• Resolving conflicts and communicating with truck drivers regarding all issues connected with their loads daily;

• Daily communication with drivers and finding the best loads for them;

• Monitoring and responding to emails and business chats promptly.

Requirements:

• Effective Communication Skills;

• Experience in trucking industry (it is not mandatory);

• Fluent English (both written and spoken);

• Able to work a second shift.
