 
                                    
                                    Fleet Maintenance Representative
Job Description:
- 
	Answering phone calls regarding equipment breakdowns, service & maintenance 
- 
	Diagnosing the equipment problem and finding the most effective solution in order to repair the equipment 
- 
	Cooperating with fleet management & drivers to formulate a plan and best course of action for solving the issue 
- 
	Maintaining maintenance records of the equipment and scheduling preventive maintenance for the Equipment 
- 
	Resolving disputes with repair shops and all other issues connected to the repair & maintenance process of the equipment 
Requirements:
- 
	Graduated Mechanical Engineer or currently a student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering 
- 
	An Individual who is enthusiastic about working in a diverse environment 
- 
	Relevant previous experience as a service writer or former in a heavy diesel or light repair shop (It is not mandatory) 
- 
	Certification in Heavy Diesel Maintenance & Repair will be considered an advantage 
- 
	Proficiency in Technical English (Speaking & Writing) 
- 
	Average Computer Skills (Email, Excel, Specialized Software) 
- 
	Flexible and adaptable personality
