Job Description: 

• Answering phone calls regarding equipment breakdowns, service & maintenance

• Diagnosing the equipment problem and finding the most effective solution in order to repair the equipment

• Cooperating with fleet management & drivers to formulate a plan and best course of action for solving the issue

• Maintaining maintenance records of the equipment and scheduling preventive maintenance for the Equipment

• Resolving disputes with repair shops and all other issues connected to the repair & maintenance process of the equipment

Requirements:

• An Individual who is enthusiastic about working in a diverse environment

• Relevant previous experience as a service writer or former in a heavy diesel or light repair shop

• Certification in Heavy Diesel Maintenance & Repair

• Proficiency in Technical English (Speaking & Writing)

• Average Computer Skills (Email, Excel, Specialized Software)

• Flexible and adaptable personality

• Creative problem solver
