Job Description: 

• Answering all inbound recruiting phone calls from drivers;

• Screening, interviewing, and pre-qualification of drivers;

• Responding to new leads and new voicemails prior to leaving work each day;

• Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates;

• Researching and recommending new and innovative ways to recruit drivers;

• Preparation of recruitment materials and posting jobs to the appropriate job board;

• Manage the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings;

• Develop networks with external sources to continually improve sourcing opportunities;

• Develop and maintain relationships with drivers through a variety of sources, electronically

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken), Spanish speaking is a plus;

• Knowledge of the transportation industry or prior experience in logistics is a plus;

• Effective Communication Skills;

• Strong Organizational Abilities;

• Problem-Solving Capabilities;

• Knowledge of MS Office and computer skills;
