JOB DESCRIPTION

• Booking Loads on the spot market, acquiring rates from customers and brokers for those loads, checking for accuracy (pickup up time, delivery time, weight, etc,)

• Provide daily and weekly plans with previously booked loads. Dispatch the information to the truck drivers and follow up until loaded and unloaded (truck and trace)

• Following weekly targets (driver paycheck,gross revenue, the average per mile, etc.)

• Acquiring detention and layovers when needed

• Resolving conflict and communicating with truck drivers regarding all issues connected with their loads on a daily basis
